Before your first visit

1) Can I come whenever I want?

Due to our maximum capacity, it is necessary to make a reservation for the number of jumpers in advance on our website. After making a reservation, please fill out the declaration of honor, which you will then confirm with a signature upon arrival at the reception.

By filling it out from the comfort of your home, where the data on the given device will be saved for future reservations, you will save time upon arrival, where at the reception tablets, after entering the reservation number and phone number you provided with the reservation, you will confirm the accuracy of the information.

Of course, we also sell entries at the reception, but there may be long waiting times, especially on weekends, holidays, and public holidays, when the desired time slot is sold out, and even on-site, we will ask you to fill out the declaration of honor with all the information.

We start jumping every quarter hour.

Reservations cannot be made by phone, via Facebook, or email, only through the reservation system on our website, after which please fill out the safety declaration. This will facilitate and speed up entry to the attractions. Thank you!

2) What should I wear?

Wear anything that is comfortable for you, functional clothing is an advantage (in the summer months definitely shorts and a t-shirt, tank top), non-slip rubberized socks are a requirement (can be purchased directly from us for 120Kč)

Jumping in jeans is not allowed.

3) How does the arrival at JUMP FAMILY Ústí nad Labem work?

Immediately upon your arrival (we recommend at least 15 minutes in advance) you will check in at the reception (or you can approach an unoccupied tablet without being prompted and sign the declaration of honor), where you will receive the first important information and the staff will direct you to the changing rooms. Before entering the trampolines, you will receive a safety briefing from our trainers and will be allowed onto the attractions. We start jumping every quarter hour.
