Yes! You can select and order a gift voucher directly on our e-shop, where after payment and pairing of the payment, you will receive the voucher immediately via e-mail (usually within a few minutes, instantly when paying by card).

The voucher is valid for 6 months and must be used in one go. Make your loved ones happy.

Standardly 6 months from the date of purchase (unless otherwise specified).

Before the voucher expires, we will let you know so you can use it up or you can extend the voucher on our e-shop.

Enter the voucher code and select the period for which you want to extend the voucher.

After the payment of the order, the gift vouchers will be automatically extended and you will receive a confirmation by e-mail.

No. Vouchers, or their value, must be used on the day the voucher is redeemed. If the spending amount is higher, the difference will be paid on site.

Entry rules and documents to sign

1. Person under 15 years - signs the Declaration of Honor for under 15 years and their legal guardian signs the consent for entry. A parent must always be present.

2. Person 15-18 years. Signs the Declaration of Honor for persons 15-18 years and the legal guardian signs the consent for entry on the given day. With this consent, a person 15-18 years can come without adult accompaniment.

4. Group reservations - the group leader signs the group Declaration of Honor and each parent/legal guardian signs the consent for entry for each child.

We are open to the public and professionals! We are definitely here for everyone. Come and try it out!

Due to our maximum capacity, we recommend making a reservation through our reservation system on our website. Of course, we also sell JUMP tickets at the counter, but there may be long waiting times, especially on weekends, holidays, and public holidays when the desired time slot is sold out.

Reservations cannot be made by phone, email, or Facebook.

Wear anything that makes you feel comfortable, we recommend functional clothing, and we require non-slip rubberized socks. Make sure there are no items on your body or clothing that are not allowed on the trampoline surface, such as jewelry, clips, belts, buckles, mobile phones, or similar. Your pants pockets should be empty.

We recommend bringing slippers, as it is not suitable to move around the area only in socks.

Jumping in jeans or "cargo pants" is not allowed.

Of course, we try to postpone the time of your visit to JUMP if capacity allows. However, if we have full reservations, unfortunately, rescheduling is not possible. In this case, you can use the remaining duration of your reserved time on the trampolines.

We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before entering the trampolines so that you can familiarize yourself with the center's rules and calmly prepare for jumping.

We always start jumping on the hour.

Parents who are only accompanying their children and not jumping do not pay admission, and therefore do not make a reservation. Reservations are only for those who are jumping.

The accompanying person can enjoy drinks and snacks at our bar, or just sit and relax.

Children under 15 years must always be accompanied by a responsible person. If a child over 15 years wishes to visit us without the accompaniment of an adult who would be responsible for the child, we require the parents' signature on our form, agreeing to their child's visit to our center. This form must be brought by the child on each visit to our center with the specific date.

Discounts are available for children and adults with disabilities if they hold a ZTP, ZTP/P card. The ticket price will be reduced by 5% from the regular ticket price for the reserved date. Reservation note: When booking online, the companion must first pay the regular ticket price. Upon arrival, the corresponding amount will be refunded at our reception upon presentation of the health card. Walk-in visitors without an online reservation will pay the reduced admission directly on-site if they prove their disability with a ZTP, ZTP/P card.

Maximum weight 110 kg. Unfortunately, a higher weight is not allowed for safety reasons and safety aspects.

Non-slip socks with a rubber pattern on the sole are required. These socks need to be worn for safety reasons. Socks specifically designed for this sport can be purchased at our JUMP Olomouc hall for 120Kč.

Yes, we have lockable lockers. You will receive the keys upon arrival at the reception, where you will return them after changing into sports clothing. For safety reasons, you are not allowed to take the keys into the arena. After finishing your activities, you can pick up the keys again at the reception. The deposit for the key is 100Kč. The deposit is fully refundable if the key is returned on the day of your jumping. Later, the deposit is forfeited for the purpose of key replacement. 
Of course, we understand that it is possible to forget, in which case, if you contact us immediately (no later than the next day) and we agree on the method of returning the key, we will be very happy to refund your deposit. 

Personal items must not be stored in lockers without a borrowed key. If a locker is "occupied" without borrowing a key, all items will be placed outside the locker, and it will be occupied by a customer who has properly borrowed the key. 

If you want to quench your thirst and satisfy your hunger, a bar with drinks and snacks is available for you. We offer a wide range of cold and hot drinks, excellent coffee, and various sweet or salty snacks.

Yes, you can, but you are not allowed to film/photograph while jumping. Your companion can photograph/film you if they are not on the trampoline areas.

Yes, you can celebrate with us. Either book tickets for your group in the reservation system, or inquire at our reception.

Please note that jumping under the influence of alcohol and drugs is prohibited here. So refrain from alcoholic beverages before visiting JUMP Olomouc.

If you suffer from health issues such as asthma or even heart problems, etc., consult your doctor in advance. Jumping during pregnancy is not recommended.

For reasons of hygiene and animal welfare, unfortunately, animals are not allowed and must wait outside.

The reservation can only be canceled on the website after logging in to the "My Profile" section, and this must be done 24 hours in advance.
