NON-SLIP SOCKS
Non-slip socks are mandatory for entry to JUMP FAMILY Olomouc.
1) Can I come whenever I want?
Due to our maximum capacity, we recommend making a reservation for the number of jumpers in advance on our website. Of course, we also sell JUMP tickets at the counter, but there may be long waiting times, especially on weekends, holidays, and public holidays, when the desired time slot is sold out.
Reservations (except for groups over 10 people, schools - these can be done by email) cannot be made by phone, via Facebook, or by email, only through the reservation system on our website.
2) What should I wear?
Wear anything that is comfortable for you, functional clothing is an advantage (in summer months definitely shorts and a t-shirt, tank top), non-slip rubberized socks are a requirement. They can be purchased at the reception.
We also recommend bringing slippers, as it is not suitable to move around the area only in socks.
Jumping in jeans or "cargo pants" is not allowed.
3) How does the arrival at JUMP OLOMOUC work?
Immediately upon your arrival (we recommend at least 15 minutes in advance), report to the reception, where you will receive the first important information and the staff will direct you to the changing rooms. Before entering the trampolines, you will receive a safety briefing from our trainers and will be allowed onto the trampolines. Jumping always starts on the half-hour and the hour.
In the changing rooms, you can use lockers, but only if you borrow a key for a refundable deposit of 100,-Kč. Without a key, it is not allowed to use the locker, and if a locker is occupied without a properly borrowed key, items will be stored outside the locker and it will be used by the customer who borrowed the key. The deposit is refundable only on the day of jumping when the key was borrowed. After that, it is forfeited for the purpose of key replacement. If you forget and contact us immediately, at most the next day, to arrange the return of the key, we will be happy to return your deposit.
