Before your first visit

1) Can I come whenever I want?

Due to our maximum capacity, we recommend making a reservation for the number of jumpers in advance on our website. Of course, we also sell tickets at our reception, but there may be long waiting times, especially on weekends and public holidays, when the desired time slot is sold out.

Reservations cannot be made by phone, Facebook, or email.

2) What should I wear?

Wear anything that is comfortable for you, functional clothing is an advantage (in the summer months definitely shorts and a t-shirt, tank top), non-slip rubberized socks are a requirement (can be purchased directly from us for 120,-).

We also recommend bringing slippers, as it is not suitable to move around the area only in socks.

Jumping in jeans is not allowed.

3) How does the arrival at JUMP arena ČB work?

Immediately upon your arrival (we recommend at least 15 minutes in advance) you will check in at the reception, where you will receive the first important information and the staff will direct you to the changing rooms. Before entering the trampolines, you will receive a safety briefing from our trainers and then you will be allowed onto the trampolines. We start jumping at a quarter past, half past, quarter to, and on the hour.
