We celebrated our son's birthday at Jump Arena and everything was absolutely great. The kids had a Read moreblast – under the supervision of a trainer and then even without one. The staff was friendly, they brought us drinks, we didn't have to go anywhere. The kids had snacks within reach too. We adults could calmly have coffee and watch the kids on the screens. They accommodated us and decorated the room with our decorations and what I appreciate the most – no stress with preparations and subsequent cleaning. It was enough to just come and enjoy it. Thanks to the whole team and we definitely recommend it further.

The service was a bit scattered, but given the number of people, we fully understood. Otherwise, Read moreeverything was in perfect order. You can calmly enjoy drinks, lemonades, coffee, and something to snack on as well as meals, so you basically don't need anything. The only thing you must have are non-slip socks, which I think are 120 Kč per pair. Quite a large area, and the kids had a great time there, then fell asleep at home 🤣 we will definitely be returning.

Absolute satisfaction 👌 From reservation to the actual return. Friendly and accommodating Read morestaff, excellent communication, phone reminder and reservation confirmation before the event. Upon rental, we were given clear basic information. The content included everything necessary, including instructions. The installation and activation were very easy. The best thing for a children's party!!! With adequate supervision, your children are entertained, and adults are basically too. => Happy child = happy parent! Assembly and return also absolutely fine. We were all extremely satisfied, it certainly wasn't the last time we used this option.
